Location : Bhopal - Head Office
Experience : 10+ Years
Qualification : Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
Preferred Industry : Highways | Infrastructure | O&M Projects
◆ Key Responsibilities
Prepare and verify Client RA Bills & Subcontractor Bills
Prepare quantity estimates and measurements as per BOQ & approved drawings
Maintain measurement sheets, billing records & supporting documents
Coordinate with site teams for billing inputs and work progress
Prepare material & quantity reconciliation statements
Track project progress and ensure timely billing submissions
Support invoice processing and payment follow-ups
Prepare MIS reports related to billing and project progress
Working knowledge of SAP for billing and project-related processes
Ideal Candidate
10+ years of relevant experience in Billing / Quantity Surveying / O&M
Strong understanding of RA Bills, BOQ, measurements & reconciliation
Experience in Highway / Infrastructure / O&M projects preferred
Good knowledge of contractual billing procedures
